how can i get templates for school reports with Microsoft Office 2007?

my grandfather has office 2007 and gave me a copy because i use it for my English class. his version has an icon for ‘microsoft task launcher’ and you can select templates for specific documents, i.e. essays, book reports, etc. when i installed office 2007, i dont have any templates whatsoever. i cant even find any on the website. someone help please!
